About these terms

These terms cover use of this website and the public demo. Commercial deployments of Inductio are governed by a separate service agreement and data processing agreement signed with each customer — where those documents differ from this page, they take precedence.

Using this website and the demo

The website, browser demo, and WhatsApp demo are provided so you can evaluate Inductio. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, probe or test its security without written permission, or use the demo to send unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

The demo is illustrative. Routes, questions, and content in a production deployment are built specifically for each customer's site.

Health & safety responsibility

Inductio supports an organisation's induction process — it does not replace the organisation's legal duties. Responsibility for the adequacy of health & safety content, site risk assessments, and regulatory compliance remains with the inducting organisation. We build induction content together with each customer's safety team, and the customer approves it before going live.

Intellectual property

The Inductio name, logo, website content, and software are owned by Inductio. Customer-specific induction content (site facts, routes, questions) developed during onboarding belongs to the customer, as set out in the service agreement.

Liability

The website and demo are provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from use of the website or demo. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Liability for commercial deployments is addressed in the service agreement.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
