Every completed run is logged with the worker's name, company, route, H&S score, duration, and any documents submitted. Filter by date range, contractor, or score. Export the full log as CSV in one click.
When an auditor visits or the HSE asks for evidence, you're not reconstructing anything. The record is already there.
Welfare checks
Lone workers.
All accounted for.
Welfare pings go out at the configured interval. Each worker replies to confirm they're safe. Anyone who doesn't respond within the window gets flagged immediately — no manual monitoring required.

In an emergency, trigger a roll call broadcast from the dashboard. A WhatsApp message goes to every worker currently signed in. As they respond, the count updates live.
