Inductio

For operations managers

Know who's on site.
Know they're safe.

Attendance registers, emergency roll calls, and welfare pings for lone workers — all running on the WhatsApp already in every pocket. No hardware, no IT project.

The problem

What operations relies on today.

01

The clipboard

Sign-in sheets at the gate tell you who arrived. They don't tell you who's still on site, which area they're in, or whether anyone has gone through the induction they signed for.

02

The muster board

Emergency roll calls mean gathering names from a paper register, cross-referencing with a board, and hoping nothing was missed. When seconds count, a clipboard isn't a system.

03

The lone worker gap

For workers operating alone or in remote areas of the site, knowing they're safe depends on them calling in. Most don't. Most sites don't have a mechanism that makes it automatic.

Attendance

A live register. An instant roll call.

The Inductio dashboard shows every active induction as it runs — who started, which zone they are in, and how long they have been on site. When the session ends, the record closes automatically. No manual sign-out, no end-of-day reconciliation.

In an emergency, the roll-call module sends a WhatsApp prompt to every active worker simultaneously. Each one confirms their location and status in one reply. The dashboard shows in real time who has responded and who has not — so you know who you are still looking for.

  • Live dashboard view of every active run
  • Attendance closes automatically at session end
  • Emergency roll call triggers from the dashboard in one click
  • Responses logged in real time with timestamps
  • No response after a configured window flags the worker as unaccounted

Welfare

Lone workers checked in automatically.

Scheduled welfare pings

Configure a welfare check interval per role or shift type. At each interval the worker receives a WhatsApp message asking them to confirm they are safe.

No response = alert

If a worker doesn't respond within the configured window, the system automatically alerts the nominated contact. No manual monitoring required.

Everything logged

Every ping, every response, and every alert is recorded with a timestamp. The welfare log runs alongside attendance and induction records in the same dashboard.

Zero infrastructure

Works on the phones already in their pockets.

Most attendance and welfare systems require something operations doesn't want to manage: kiosk hardware, NFC readers, badge printers, or an app deployed to every worker's phone. Inductio runs on WhatsApp, which is already installed on practically every smartphone. There is nothing to deploy, nothing to provision, nothing to maintain.

A new site means a new route in the system — not a hardware order.

No kiosk or NFC

No hardware to install, power, or maintain at the gate.

No app to deploy

Workers use WhatsApp. They already have it. Nothing to push to their devices.

No IT project

Setup takes days. There is no infrastructure work before you can go live.

Book a demo

Add attendance and welfare to your induction system.

We'll walk you through a live demo tailored to your site. Setup takes days, not months.
